berry baked oats

baked oats are fun and delicious!

serves 1

oats:

1/2 cup oats 

1 scoop protein or collagen (optional)

1 tsp coconut sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup berries

toppings:

maple syrup

berries

pumpkin seeds

steps

1. blend oats, collagen, coconut sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and berries in a high-speed blender.

2. pour into an oven-safe bowl and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes

3. top with more berries, pumpkin seeds, yogurt, and maple syrup.
